Never again. Order mailbox with installation. First appointment forgotten, mailbox with self-pickup instead of delivery, then no installation by the company, despite measurements by staff the wall is narrower than the mailbox. Just trouble, unqualified for us.

I needed a locksmith on 16.06.22 holiday because the lock of my apartment was broken and I couldn't unlock it. I tried to call there several times, no one answered. I am disappointed, now I had to call Mc Kay and had to pay €469.

The locksmith came today after a mutually agreed appointment to us in Kessenich. I was honestly and competently advised - and the work on the door was done cleanly, quickly, and above all satisfactorily. What stands out in the work carried out is really the friendliness of the employee. Thus, as someone who only knows locksmiths from television, all my fears of being ripped off were completely taken away. In short: Competent, nice and friendly, honest and the price/performance ratio is right. And thank you for the empathetic understanding for our two crazy greyhounds. 🙂

I had to use a locksmith for the first time and apparently ended up with the best locksmith in the area. The door had fallen shut and the key was stuck inside. After a super nice phone call, the nice colleague was on site in no longer than 15 minutes. In no time my door was open again, without any damage. And that for just 50€. The ladies and gentlemen could really charge a bit more, especially given the nice contact. 😁 Happy to do it again! (If it can't be helped 😄)
